well, damn! turns out that i was user of the day yesterday. i probably would have done more with that information... were i not at work half the day and on the verge of passing out for the rest of it :D

considering ive been pretttty dead for most of the year, i want to thank everyone who took the time to check out my profile and follow me :) i hope i can make more art next year for you all to enjoy. work is exhausting, but its not killed my creative drive the way school did, and i want to actually get a bigger project out next year.

(technically speaking, i DID achieve that this year too, but i straight up forgot to announce it on my NG as i posted it on itch for a game jam there. even then, i am not very satisfied with the outcome of the project, so maybe its for the best it didnt get any extra eyes on it.)

and to cap it all off, a quick self introduction! most people call me john, and i am a guy in my early 20s who likes drawing in its free time. i had a honestly shitty year so i didnt have it in me to do much, but i want to someday make some sort of games. i hope you have fun seeing my art appear in your feed once every four months :D

i just havent had the brainpower to draw anything good enough to post here in almost two months, oof

anyways, my best friend is about to sell her old cintiq to me, which will probably help me get back into the groove of drawing because the only times i feel comfortable drawing anymore is making shitty sketchbook doodles or drawing dumb shit at her place

anyways hopefully ill get the energy to draw more this month!
