[Tankmas ADVENTure 2024]

managed to get the game running on firefox, but im stuck over the gate-looking thing and cant move at all. hopefully this can be resolved soon!

edit: wahoo, the game is mostly functional now! theres some weird black squares, mainly a big one on the floor near where i assume the campfire should be and over all the dialogue boxes. keep up the good work :D

great game! i think adding arrows for the customization options so you can go both forwards and backwards with your unlocks could be very useful :)

while i do love the concept , music, and visual design, as pointed out by other reviews, the pattern recognition kind of ruins the whole game when it starts mixing up symbols like pride and envy for no clear reason to the player. also, while the icon for pride is probably meant to be an upside-down pentagram, the small size of the symbol makes it harder to distinguish as one to players who might not have watched the gameplay sample gif in the description. still, a solid 3/5!

the varying gameplay styles are absolutely brilliant

big fan of how theres no ammo on the weapon, since it makes managing the horrors a lot easier! (also, the killer genuinely freaks me out, something about a slow enemy you cant defeat really gets me in games like this)
only a 4 out of 5 due to some technical issues like the game not initially recognizing my mouse movements unless i was unfocused from the game

EDIT: elevating this to a 4.5 because the second killer solo stage had me screaming like a little bitch at times

the whole screen is covered up with a black box, which sure complicates matters at least a tiny bit

took me a little while, but i managed to 100% complete the game and get all medals! the only issue i have is the audio starting to artifact the longer the game runs, but considering it happens to me on other flash games run on ruffle, i'll assume it's a ruffle issue

The story was so emotional and gripping, it brought me to tears several times.
